AI marketing bootcamp
A public course, nine cohorts delivered, in which your team runs a full GEO cycle on your own brand: baseline, rewrite, re-test. You leave with a diagnostic report, not slides.
Nine cohorts have run to date. It is not a concepts class: every participant brings their own company’s brand, builds a question set in session, measures a baseline across three platforms, rewrites a batch of pages and re-tests. The method is identical to the GEO advisory engagement — the difference is that we teach you to run it instead of running it for you.
Who it is for
- Marketing or content teams of one to three people who want GEO to become a routine they own
- Founders and marketing leads who need to judge whether this is worth investing in before deciding to outsource it
Not a fit:
- Anyone who wants a template to take back to the office. The course runs on your brand; no brand, no coursework.
- Anyone who needs a performance guarantee written into the contract. Results depend on your category and how quickly your team can ship content changes.
How we run it
- Session 1 · Calibration. How GEO differs from SEO, how an AI answer is actually assembled, and which tactics do nothing.
- Session 2 · Baseline. Write ten questions live, run them on Doubao, Yuanbao and DeepSeek, and compute your own mention and first-recommendation rates.
- Session 3 · Rewrite. Fix page structure, fact density and structured data against the diagnosis — edited in the room, checked in the room.
- Session 4 · Evidence and re-test. How to accumulate third-party evidence, how to re-test, and how to report the numbers to a board.
What you get
- A baseline diagnostic on your own brand, plus the re-test comparison
- Question-set template, mention-rate worksheet, content rewrite checklist
- Two ready-to-run skill kits listed on ClawdMart: 0801 AI marketing growth camp (from CNY 1) and GEO One Source, Two Breakouts (from CNY 1,980)
- Access to the alumni group, where changes to the measurement basis are published

Evidence note: 100% / 80% is a 15 June 2026 Yuanbao snapshot for Kechuang No.1 (15/15 mentioned; 12/15 first-recommended). 90% / 70% is a 14 June 2026 Yuanbao snapshot for the Shanghai Institute (9/10; 7/10). The fixed question sets, raw JSON answers and screenshots are archived internally. These are dated single-platform snapshots, not a current state or a promise; later two-platform snapshots were 80% / 60% and 80% / 70%, respectively.
Questions we get asked
- What language is the bootcamp delivered in?
- Chinese. The nine cohorts run to date have been Chinese-language public courses aimed at teams marketing in China. For an English-language engagement, the in-house training format is the practical route — write to us with the team size and the market you sell into.
- Nine cohorts — what changed between them?
- The measurement basis stayed fixed so results remain comparable; the platform coverage and the rewrite checklist changed as the models changed. Alumni receive updates when the basis is revised.
- Do I need a website to attend?
- You need something a model can read — a website, a public product page, or third-party coverage. If nothing about your brand is publicly available, the course will show you an empty baseline and the fix is publishing, not optimising.
- How does this compare to the advisory engagement?
- Same method, different labour. The bootcamp trains your team to run it; the advisory engagement is us running it, including the content rewriting and evidence work.
