Start with a real task: explain the goal, let AI work within clear rules, and have a person check the result. We discuss practical workplace and project-delivery training based on your roles, materials and tools.
Who it is for
- Business and administrative teams handling recurring information tasks
- Process owners turning repeatable rules into reusable instructions
- AI project, product and delivery teams defining acceptance and handover
Not a fit:
- Professional certification preparation
- Unsupervised deployment of classroom exercises into production systems
Sample exercises, outputs and review
| Role and exercise | Output | Review |
|---|---|---|
| Business and administration: turn meeting notes into tasks | Clear instructions and a task list with owners and deadlines | Check the source, assign the task and verify each result |
| Process owners: make recurring rules reusable | A rule file and records for normal, missing and out-of-scope inputs | Re-run with new material; check when to ask or stop |
| AI project teams: define a pilot and its handover | Draft evaluation records, operating guide and handover checklist | Agree goals, stop conditions and ownership |
These examples draw on published workplace training and FDE workshop records (Chinese). Duration, instructor, class size and follow-up are agreed for each engagement.
How we run it
- Choose a task. Confirm roles, participant numbers, tools and one workflow to improve.
- Prepare material. Use authorized, sanitized inputs and confirm accounts, network and installation access.
- Practise and review. Produce task instructions, reusable rules or a delivery plan, then review the outputs.
- Re-test. Try fresh material after class and agree who handles questions and follow-up.
What you get
- Task instructions specifying roles, goals, constraints and examples
- A reviewable task list or reusable rule file with test records
- For delivery teams: draft evaluation records, an operating guide and handover checklist
Questions we get asked
- Is this the same as marketing training?
- No. This course focuses on role-based tasks and AI project delivery. Marketing teams learning GEO can choose our marketing in-house training.
- How are duration and fees confirmed?
- We agree on roles, exercises, class size, instructor, tools and support scope before quoting. Previous class schedules are examples, not a fixed package.
- How do we assess adoption?
- Keep the inputs, instructions and outputs, then repeat the task with fresh material. Check missing information, boundaries and whether a colleague can take over. Business efficiency requires operational evidence beyond classroom scores.
