In-house AI marketing training
AI marketing training built on your own products, customers’ questions and content library, so the team can run a GEO diagnosis and a content rewrite without us.
The difference between this and the public bootcamp is the teaching material. In the bootcamp each participant brings their own brand; in-house, the entire room works on one company — your product lines, the questions your customers actually ask, your existing content library. The acceptance criterion is blunt: the team can build a question set, compute mention rate, and judge whether an edited draft has become easier for a model to quote.
Who it is for
- Marketing, brand, content or e-commerce teams of eight or more who want one shared standard for AI writing and GEO
- Teams already writing with AI but producing inconsistent quality, with no reviewable standard
- Regulated industries — pharmaceutical, for example — that need what may and may not be written encoded into the workflow
Not a fit:
- Teams of one or two people. The public bootcamp is better value.
How we run it
- Pre-programme research. We review your content library, publishing workflow and division of labour, and select three real scenarios to use as case material.
- Custom material. Slides rewritten around your product documentation and your customers’ questions. No generic examples.
- Hands-on session. Teams run a baseline, rewrite copy and re-test, producing comparable numbers the same day.
- Leave a standard behind. The rewrite rules become a checklist and a prompt library, handed to whoever owns the workflow.
What you get
- Custom slide deck and recording
- Content rewrite checklist, prompt library, question-set template
- The diagnostic data and sample rewrites produced during the session
- One follow-up online Q&A after the programme

Evidence note: 100% / 80% is a 15 June 2026 Yuanbao snapshot for Kechuang No.1 (15/15 mentioned; 12/15 first-recommended). 90% / 70% is a 14 June 2026 Yuanbao snapshot for the Shanghai Institute (9/10; 7/10). The fixed question sets, raw JSON answers and screenshots are archived internally. These are dated single-platform snapshots, not a current state or a promise; later two-platform snapshots were 80% / 60% and 80% / 70%, respectively.
Questions we get asked
- Can the programme be delivered in English?
- Delivery is normally in Chinese. English-language delivery and English documentation can be arranged for teams selling into overseas markets; tell us the audience when you enquire.
- How many days does it take?
- It is scoped by headcount and by how many scenarios you want covered. Pricing follows the same two variables.
- What does success look like afterwards?
- The team runs its own baseline, computes its own mention rate, and applies the rewrite checklist without us in the room. If that is not happening a month later, the follow-up session exists to find out why.
- We are in a regulated industry — does that work?
- Yes, and it changes the material. The programme then codifies what may and may not be claimed, and where human review sits in the publishing flow, rather than only teaching technique.
