SpeedLogs
Delivered three business agents for SpeedLogs — ControlTower, RiskClaw and SupplierEvaluation. Quantitative effect metrics have not been collected, and we do not infer them here.
3Agents delivered
Client
SpeedLogs operates in logistics and supply chain, and is a client of the AI business transformation line.
The problem
Day-to-day supply chain management is repetitive and fragmented: order tracking, exception alerts, supplier assessment — each requires someone to pull data across systems, compare it and make a judgement. The problem is not the absence of systems; it is that the judgement step is still entirely manual and does not survive volume.
What we did
Delivered three agents, each aligned to a specific business action.
| ControlTower | Supply chain control tower — centralised monitoring and dispatch |
|---|---|
| RiskClaw | Risk identification and alerting |
| SupplierEvaluation | Supplier assessment |
Limits of this case
- These three agents are custom deliveries and are not listed on ClawdMart. They may become standard SKUs later.
- What the agents take over is the judgement step, not the accountability. High-risk decisions still require human confirmation.
- They depend on the data quality and interface availability of the client’s existing systems; the integration effort varies widely when moving the same design to another company.
- Until effect metrics are available, this case describes scope of delivery, not proof of effect.
